Receiving a copy of your information held by JQL.
You can receive a copy of all your information, if any, held by JQL. Please
send a cheque or International Money Order for £5.00 (Sterling), drawn on
an UK Bank, for each search required, along with your full name and address to:
JQL, 4 Southside, Chapel Street, Flimby, Maryport, Cumbria, CA15 8QG, United
Kingdom.
If we do not have any information about you that matches the information contained
in your correspondence, we advise you of this, in writing, at the address given
